Default water in oil tank

why would my mates zetec have water in the oil breather catch tank?

its not coolant.i guess it must be moisture,about 1/4ltr in 24hrs.

That's a serious amount of moisture, or is he doing short local trips not really getting hot ?

ps was the rail ok with the adaptor ?

yes the rail is pukka ive had to move the strutbrace and i ordered the wrong size hose cos' i measured the underbody pipe which isnt the same as the rail.oh well.cheers for sorting out the rail.

No probs matey, it's no problem, I'm machining some fittings for the oil pressure switch area for extra sensors ie pressure, temp, warning light switch.
