Default t4 turbo- exhaust housings

hi ,
iv got a genuine garret t4 with a real big exhaust housing on with external wastgate, im thinking of useing this turbo soon for about 450bhp, and i want to put the ex housing back to a 0.63, with internal waste gate.
my question is will my 0.63 housing from my t34 fit,or dous the t4 have its own unique housing?

thank you....mart

99% sure it will fit, the core of the T3/T34/T4 is the same.

i think the turbine wheel on a T4 is bigger though, like the t2 is to a t3.
i remember a turbo centre telling me one cosworth turbo had a different core/exhaust turbine size that wouldn't work with a t3 housing, i assume it'd be the T4.

No it's the small turbo escos that is a different core, the actual core(bearing housing) is 100% the same on T3 T34 T4.

ok then, the small turbo core will be smaller as it's a T25, so that makes sense.
the bearing housings are the same, but i'm fairly convinced the turbine wheel is bigger on a T4, cause a T34 is basiclaly a T3 turbine wheel and a T4 compressor wheel IIRC

The T4 will NOT fit in a T34 rear housing, the cores are all the same on T3, T34 and T4's but as stated above the T4 has a larger turbine wheel so wont fit into the smaller T34 housing, front ends are all different even down to 3 sizes of T3 (escort turbo, 2wd cos and 4x4 cos) T34 is larger and T4 is larger again even though all the cores are the same,
