Hi all wonder if i could get some quick help here.

When i operare my electric windows at anytime on the move etc...it feels like power is sucked out the battert and the engine miss fires and jolts, it does this when idling too.

It could be battery related because if i hold the window switch the batt light on the dash lights up dim.

At the same time my headlights are not as bright as they used to be.

A new alternator is already on the car and is charging fine.

any ideas?

 

have you checked that your earths are clean and tight?

 

Yep well most of them, all engine one's checked.
Where are the other common ones?

Is there not some sort of window regulator/rectifier that might have gone?
