hi wen i accelerate it seems like its holding back, it pulls then has a like a stutter where it holds back wen going, it also idles lumpy i thinking the cat is knackered ive changed ht leads, air filter and checked for air leaks, wen i changed the feul filter noticed the old one looked pretty old also got some spark plugs too put in too. also can you tell me exactly where icv valve is too as still cant find any help appreciated

yep bash the cat out, and rouph idle-check valve timing, some people get it a bit wrong with no cam keyways
