Question timming fuel injection efi rs turbo

HI
how to tune the injection after placement of the chip in OFAB?potentiometer must be adjusted to the new turbo boost and fuel pressure, correct?
the manufacturer of the chip is that I will give both the pressures to use? (turbo and fuel pressure)

I can drive my car reliable without having installed the chip? I have 701 injectors, low compression pistons 7.8:1 no problem in using these injectors?

best regards

Thats right, the potentiometer will need re-adjusting once the fuel pressure has been raised for the 701's and chip.
you will need a chip to run the beiges as the car won't run too well if at all without the right 195 or equivelant chip.
you will need a wideband lambda at the very least to set you car up and get it running right at idle and once on boost.

I have a chip a stage 2 mapped collins. the chip was bought on ebay and do not know the configuration of the chip, if it was programmed to work with a different time of ignition, I can not use right? I'm starting again on the project but this time I do everything right.the original head bolts ford, and ford head gasket, hold that pressure? (boost)

thanks for the reply

original head bolts and gasket are fine- might be worth putting some ARP bolts on your big ends though as they can be a weak spot at approx 200bhp.
If your gonna do it right the first tim can i reccommend you get a better chip from the likes of MSD or somewhere else so you can get details of the chip setup and other aspects to aid with your project.
I run a collins chip and found while it does the job the map is quite bad and it took a fair bit of fiddling with my wideband to get the fueling in the right ballpark.
