Right received my coilovers, i know how the fronts adjust, now do the backs adjust or are they fixed (see pic)??? It says they adjust, there is a plate that sits under the rear springs, inside this plate is another plate that adjusts, spin it and it twist up or down (adjusting) then you can tighten it with 3 alen key nuts but cannot understand how this can compress the spring??? Can anyone help?

 

Yes the rear is adjustable, As you spin the plate it compresses the spring against the weight of the car effectivly shorteneing the spring
