Will try and make this, sierra is ok, but could do with a turbo swap as it won't boost more than 12psi, can't seem to diagnose the problem.
The brakes also need swapped, will hopefully get the AP's this weekend and try and get discs from somewhere.
Failing that it might be a 16i trip depending on how tomorrow goes.

Misalignment or too tight would be a good place to start, sounds like you've had a long running issue with it then?

 

Rog I have checked the alignment on both pulleys all looks fine tension is ok not to tight it's going back down to sitech for a new turbo and get fully mapped after crail so should be sorted soon.
