i stripped mine the other day, found a problem inside it. i took the sensor with the 3 terminals off to pull the pin out for the main flap only to realise its adjustable.

the linkage for the co adjuster wasnt even connected and would have been shutting the switch allowing full fuel to pass throo, my theory anyway.

anyone know ruffely how to set it up?
