This is my XR3. It looks better in these photos than what it really is. I have spent the last year searching for parts to assist with the rebuild. I am still short of a few bits but have enough to get the body work restored including a replacement roof skin. The problem is I cant find anyone who will do it in cumbria or the North East, Yet!

I did buy it off you, i have just left you feed back. Yes Prairy yellow is a ford colour but very few were made

 

never knew that, do you need any other parts? my mate has a few spares!

 

Yes I am after a perfect carpet, I know they are very hard to come by but so is the seat material but I found that in Brazil. I am also after a S2 LSD to put in my xr3 gearbox.

Had two xr3's myself both x plates.sadly the first one got stolen a week after having it,mint car that was.red in colour the first one and white the second one.also had a mk3 ghia in that yellow

 

Mk3 xr3 look good in prairy yellow
Only ever seen 3 before
Anybody know how many ford made in that colour

 

I have been told that 27 were produced in yellow but I can not confirm that
