Alex zvh cabrio,
Hi Mate!
About time you fited it
The pipes are not such a good fit because you are using the Fiesta cross over pipe, This is making the whole cooler sit out of it's desired position.
As I said on the phone the other day, we will happily modify this for you.
Regarding the fans... the kit is designed to fit behind an un - cut bumper (not everyone wants to cut the front of their car to fit a cooler!), however because so many people with cut bumpers are wanting to use our cooler nowadays, we are developing a version which is designed specificly for that purpouse.
This will probably have the fans on the back and will have symmetrical end tanks.
We will be doing this with 'hartyboy' in the next few weeks.
I must state however that this version will not fit behind the standard bumper and we will be offering this it as special order only.

kindest regards
wayne

Is that IC classed as a Single Pass IC as it doesn't double back on itself

blackRS,
yes they are single pass, the flow is vertical so te inlet/ outlet hoses are both on the same side.
