Default xr4i/3 door rear set up??

i have just taken apart thr rear beam and arms on a track car project to clean them up, now i was convinced that it was cosworth running gear, beam arms arb ect.

But i am begining to wonder if it is, firstly when i took it apart where the large plates are under the beam bushes there was an insert between the bush and the plate?? Dont remember my 3 door having this?
Secondly the drop links from the arb seem a little short, again without going into my garage to compare i aint sure but from memory they look an inch shorter.
Lastly the bushes in the arms dont look like the cossy ones acording to The Youth, just wondering if it may be xr4i , or is that totaly diferent??

the 3dr roll bar drop links are really short like the bushes are almost touching each other

anti roll bar thickness is different

and what do you mean by insert between the bush and plate, do you mean a metal tube that goes into the bush and the bolt goes through? if so then this is normal as it also acts a locator when fitting the beam back in

the beam is the same as a 4x4 cos and only takes a 7" diff, links are the same as a 3dr, and the arb is the same dimesions but is thinner than a 3dr one

Arms have rubber bushes not spherical and wont have the hole for the abs sensor.

The insert is something that usually comes with a poly bush kit or people like ggr sell them as an axle tightening kit

As said the large whitish plastic(nylon) insert is a very effective axle tightening kit, should also be another plastic piece on the top of the mounting bush, a cone shape facing downwards.
rear arb is 10 or 12mm on 4i and 14mm on 3 door, both equally shit don't do a thing tbh, upgraded mine to sapphy one.

You've got a bonus if you have both parts of the axle tightening kit, they work very very well.
