Matt Lewis Motorsport is great on price for Fully Synthetic, alot better than rob dog Halfords.

You'll get a difference of opinion on this thread, I have always used castrol rs 10/60 now called castrol edge

i use motul 300v but even the 8100 motul do is great. contact jay at pace for motul if you want it.

silkolene pro s 10w50 from opie oils,he in the trader section,always doing good deals and you get 10percent off aswell for being a passionford member.

standarfd one around 4ish litres,never fill a cossie up to the max tho mate just below!if you got a big wing sump then aroound 6 litres

castrol 10w40 fully synthetic its free from work as its on pump lol got feed up with buying the stuff and we all know how much cossies use

Motul 8100 x-cess (put 300V in ours but you have to drop it more regularly) from opie, top-oils, camskill or APT
