Default EFi wont run after 15mins

Hi,

Got a small problem, I have a series 1 RST with OFAB EFi, if I start the car from cold it runs fine, a little lumpy on idle but nothing to serious, once it's warmed up and driven for awhile, if I switch it off and wait around 15mins then switch it back on, it runs very lumpy, and wont rev properley, massively over fuels, chucks loads of black smoke on idle. Almost like the timing has been retarded loads

If I leave it for 45mins till its cold again, it starts and runs fine. I have changed the injector loom, injectors, leads, plugs, map sensor, TPS, CPS, idle mixture adjuster, IAT sensor, cleaned out the ISCV, reset the ecu, but still the same problem.

Anyone had anything like this?

Thanks

I didn't think the EFi system has a cold start valve, if i unplug the ISCV, then it wont even idle.

Coolant temp sensor maybe, it thinks the engine is still cold so gives too much fuel
