Ive got to stay at the thistle hotel in heathrow tonight,is there any where to go out for a night near by ?

there is a bowling place just down the road
head towards harlington corner and it's just past that on the main A4
called airport bowl

or you can get on a 105 and pop round my house, the bus stops right outside, can't miss it
