can get lockable ones fom Ears motorsport but personally wouldnt trust them to hold my bonnet down above 20 mph, just use normal type pins and put padlocks through them if you need to lock it anywhere

demon tweeks do some flush mount lockable pins that can be colour coded, unfortunately they are not on the website so cant put a pick up (probably be able to find them cheaper elsewhere aswell)
*edit to add pic* sorry about quality but i had to photograph the catalogue

I'd get a set. It's nothing to do with GRS coolers. Thing is most people's bonnet catches are at LEAST 15 or 20years old and can fail. Just peace of mind really.

If was to build a car again, I'd definetly get a set. Don't want my bonnet flipping up and ruining a decent car like James Raby had happen on his Red S2. That was a real shame

i was just about to say its nothing to do with the GRS coolers. especially the latest models for the escort as they tailored to fit better with the bonnet catch!

id get one too - better safe than sorry!
