Default what power can i get???

anybody got an idea of what sort of power i could get out my rst with a new turbo? and
what turbo should i buy??
here is a list ofspec so far,
+1 accralites, fully balanced bottom end inc clutch and flywheel,
arp rod bolts, uprated bearings, hp oil pump.
head has been mildley ported, althought the inlet manifold is not port matched, and the head poss has oversized valves i did now the size but carnt fin it at the mo.
285tcam, standard pulley and lifters
belived to be a standard turbo but dont know as it came with the car but it was new
k&n cone, pace cooler, grp a coil with motorcraft "7" plugs, superchipped ecu. new dizzy and leads all engine sensors replaced except airflow and emfp. boost is currently set at 14 peak and holds 12.

what power do you think it should have?
what new turbo should i get? and what power may it make then?

thanks for you help

probably has 150-170 at the moment, with 17-20psi you should have 180-200 brake (@ the crank), depending on who sets it up..... but be prepared to use lots of petrol

Yeah as above really, fit a Stage 2 T3 and you'll see closer to 220bhp (fly) fuelling allowing.

It will flow enough for a genuine 190bhp'ish (fly), Stage 1 is pointless as it doesnt flow any more, Stage 2 will do 240bhp'ish with good mapping, and Stage 3 will do 270bhp'ish IIRC!

Doesnt matter, your stil MFI so your fuelling is your limiting factor....
Go EFI and the sky is the limit mate!

EFI will be far better on fuel than any 20year old MFI setup, as the ECU will only supply as much fuel as the car needs at any load point if mapped acuratley of course!
