pretty sure tempcover like you to be over 21,see iuf the other owner has still got the car insured then get a mate who got fully comp insurance that lets him drive other cars to nip it home for you.

 

As said just take a mate with driving anyone else's car cover on his insurance.

If you look at the small print on a policy with this entitlement then you will realise that the other car needs to be insured as well. i.e you could borrow your mums car as it would also be insured by her.
