Default Rear Disc Brakes

What's the most straightforward way to convert to rear disc's without spending a fortune?

I see Burton do a rear disc conversion either with or without the calipers.

I have a set of calipers I took off an XR4x4, will these work with this kit, or is there a better way?

Not sure if the XR4x4 calipers are the same as cossie ones or not mate, but i found if u buy all the parts separatly then you can end up doing it half the price Burton sell it for. I did this and it cost me about £230 all together.

I bought the back plates for £15 off ebay some cossie calipers for £30 and a rebuild kit for the same price and i got the hand brake cable from a local motor factors for £25 so it can be done cheaper i think the decideing factor is how cheap you can get the calipers for

mark.
