Cheers for that, glad you've sort the mgf out, I normally have a look over the car first but I was at auto sport all day today and have been on nights all last week!
check all your lights, washer and all the simple stuff, its amazing how a testers attitude to a car can alter, a nice well looked after car will have a easier time if this makes sense

I've never had a major fail on any of my cars. had a few silly ones once but never any welding needed or anything dangerous. its usually all sorted anyway owning a turbo, with the usual day to day maintenance.

Cheers guys, just got up getting ready to go and check the car over, last year the tester called me over and I thought it was going to be bad, but it was to say how clean it is!
My car is a 1989s2 with 57k gen miles lots of history, totaly standard, bought it off a 60 year old guy, who's son bought it new so I'm the 3rd owner.

Rob,
Ahhhh, different colour, really nice tho, hers in the dark blue more than purple, same interior but with the cream leather and black piping. should post a pic its just had a full respray so should be dent free for ooooh at least a weak lol
Yep HG fun and games, i did that on hers last year, wasn't as bad as people make out did you use the uprated metal layer land rover jobbie?
Car came with an aftermarket ss exhaust which actually sounds quite fit lol nice wheels btw, i think the girlfriends has some option wheels as they are 16" fairly nice and staggered.
yours got the variable cam bla? mine doesn't but tbh goes good enough for the gf, a step up from her cinquichento any way.

Yeah I fitted the Multi layer LR one, was a really easy job I thought! Took me 4 hours having never done one before didnt think that was too bad.
Nah not VVT model just standard 135bhp one, which as you say is plenty for the GF's! Although mine wants to build a RST Ka, themed on the new Focus RS in green and black.............. lots more work for me!!!
