Angry Fiesta Zetec S, Overheating?????:-(

Can anyone shed some light on my mrs' fiesta's over heating problems?
I changed the heat flow valve 2 weeks ago and since then it keeps overheating when she turns the heating in the car down from hot!! Got me well puzzled as not a mechanic!! When at running temp(mid of gauge) all the pipes under the bonnet are hot. Its driving me mad and so is she keep harping on about it
Someone plz help

by heat flow valve do you mean the heater control valve? these are a common problem on the mk5. try replacing it again perhaps?

Hello there replace the heater control valve on the bulkhead with a Ford one and it will be back to normal,after market ones Rubbish and no cheaper Good Luck. pm me if it works it will.
