so i want to spray it black or even a dark grey to match the rest of the engine bay, was going to jet wash it and clean in with white spirit or brake cleaner and spray with hammerite or bad idea?!

any advise will be appreciated

DONT HIT IT WITH A JET WASHER !!!, it will fuck the little fins and youll end up haveing to buy a new 1

a bloke had a bad exsperiance at work doing that to a rad and it had the same effect , all the little fins in the rad got bent donw , thus stoping air being able to flow thru it

use a cleaning agent and mabey a compressed air blow gun , and blow it lightly over the fins
