washed my rs today came up lovely but looked behind the passenger seat and its wet on the floor iv had the car on the ramps and there is no rust under it at all.im thinkin door seal ?????

 

Door seals, HIDDEN RUST, sun roof drain holes blocked and rear light gaskets. These are some of the common areas i have found. Also as its water in behind the back seats, maybe a rear window seal/rubber.

leaky sunroof i rekon.

 

I'd go for sunroof drain gutters too, get a nice long skewer and push all the grime out or it slowly rots the pillars.

I put some degreaser down the holes, left it for a while and then put my steam cleaner down it and it worked pretty well, not sure how other have done it?

Although, when mine were blocked mine leaked though the roof clock....... if you have a damp carpet behind the back seat i think you would have a damp roof lining too?
