How can i tell the difference between s1 rst and rs 1600i alloys??? any help much appreciated.

 

Something to do with the numers on the rim mate

 

I requested this info today actually on another forum...


The difference is as below in the pics, the 16i wheels have one spoke markings, the s1 has cast markings on more than one spoke.

 

These pics are from multiple concourse winning cars so you can be assured they are correct.

You will also see the 16i has RS centres where the S1 wheels are plain!

Goin great mate just got to get the Ł1500 together for the paint job....

And the Ł200-Ł250 for the wheels to be refurbed....

Apart from that great the guy is starting it as soon as this weather fucks off !!!!

Ideal m8, sold my white s2 one as a non-runner, and got my red s2 up for sale but taken all my decent bits off it as they dont seem to be selling with a higher spec so am going to sell it with a lower price and more standard, dont know how to get pics up m8!!! lol

 

Also which are rarer rs1600i or s1 rst alloys???
