I need some kind of manual if you can get me one?

Zetec engine workshop manual. Tolerances, torque figures etc. For rebuilding a 1.8 blacktop.

Searched everywhere but nothing can be found. Maybe even a program for the laptop that i can use??

Just give me bit more confidence instead of taking it apart and putting some bits back together no knowing if they're spot on to how they should be.

Suggestions people. I need help lol

yer all i could find were haynes workshop manuals. ive got one for my car, but wanted something specific to zetec engine as mines cvh.

 

get a manual for a mondeo or something the engine was originally fitted it , always remember you can get the haynes manuals from local library too so is free

 

lol i thought about mondeo manual.

just thought there would be summat propper for exactly what i need. The kinda thing a ford tech would look at if they were doing it.
