Default n00b maths question...

I'm dying a Fosters and Glayva assisted death here after last night and got a wee sum to work out but im being a mongo.

Can anyone show me how to express the numbers; 21283 and 18223 as a ratio to each other, in a decimal format, so like ... 1.44 or whatever?

Not so much bothered about the answer to the above, more how to do it for other numbers.

Thanks and happy new year and all that bullshit
