have you had the car running before? or have you just built it up with cossy management? do you have a lambda?

At the moment it sounds as if the fueling needs setting up.

But if it was running fine before i would suspect a sensor,

maybe water or air. etc. Because it runs fine at WOT?

did you check the iscv? unplug it and see what happens.

Was the car working fine in the past?

As said check ISCV if car runs fine when up to temp then it will almost certainly be this, if still the same when hot then it won't be this.

still no joy, the car will sometimes starts, then you rev it up no problem, then when you take your foot off the peddle the engine revs drop off and its cuts out, then with a bit of luck, then it will fire up again after you keep putting your foot on the throttle for about 10 seconds, could it be the map sensor on the blink giving the wrong singles if so how can you check weather its working or not ,because when you pull the connector off the engine will cut out,its just a thourght, or any other ideas ,good spark, fuel, no air leaks and nothing to do with that cold start valve. cheers ,ray

have you tried to alter the stop position of the throttle butterfly?
may only need a little adjustment.

altering base setting may change the running a little, but there should be a way to set the tps again.
probably best to alter the base throttle position and take it back to where it's been mapped already to get it adjusted accordingly.

/\ shouldn't do, management should just inject more fuel into engine and open idle control valve a little.

only thing that makes and engine work is fuel and a spark, it just needs to be in the right order and quantity, best thing to do is get it to a specialist to look at the peramiters on the mapping and set it up again. you may have a duff sensor throwing a bad signal to the ecu, bar spending a lot of cash replacing them all i would get it checked profesionaly.
