IMO you get what you pay for, garages dont spent thousands on theirs for the fun of it.

A mate has a Mac Tools one, think it was about £80, its only worked on a couple of cars ive tryed it on and even then it could not turn warning lamps off etc.

I bought the same one as Rich170, also worked fine on every car I've tried it on, but the car needs to have OBDII protocol to work correctly with mine.

Hi mate does this work on the older and cheaper cars 1990 - 2000 as am looking to purchase one and been told they only work on 2001+ cars?

What kinda cars have you used it on and did it work fine or Some it did and some it didnt?

thanks
