Can any insurance traders on here help with a query please?
hummmm tricky one to be honest
you will defo have to go down the route of specialist insurance some one like brentacre or adrian flux as not many insurance companys would want to tuch you
I know adrian flux can grant you european exstension on the policy which also includes a courtesy car or flights back etc if the worse was to happen when abroad
and technically all insurance cover allows you to drive abroad in an eu contry for up to 90 days but only covers you third party even if you have fully comp cover
in regards to taking it round the ring i would be a little supprised if you could get that on your policy most insurance companys will not pay out if you take your car on a race track as its an exception on every policy i have ever come across
you can get seperate track insurance for cars but this does cost alot of money but is worth it as in my team we currently have two cars which were crashed on the ring a porcher and a impreza and saddly neither will be paid
but a nice little tip is if you ever crash on the ring and they try to charge you loads of money for the barriers and the recovery fee which is a rediculous amount of money technically your insurrer would have to cover that as it is a third party claim and under eu law as your insurers they have to owner that nice little thing to know
