Can anyone reccomend a good pair of trainers for gym use? Ive had a look on the net and there are loads.

I dont want to pay a fortune for them though

I got mine from a specific all gym shop names triathalon or something.

only Ł30 and dont know your waring them there that light.

 

ive just got a pair of nike running shoes. They are nice and light.

try toni price sports buddy,hes a footwear speacialist!!..dunno if hes a national shop ect but thats who i send ppl to wen ther after PROPER gym footwear!!...i work in jd sports so no fuck all hahaha except ur better off with fabric not leather!! sumfin with support and cushioning and all that other sh*t lol

are you a runner ??? if so, buy some ASICS GEL, if your on the weights, anything will do.

 

need something for all round guy work

 

I've been using a pair of fabric Ł30 Nike Air's for the past year, probably done about 2000km's on the tread mill and weights in them and been spot on.
