some are ok in there and some ae jobs worths tbh, i have good and bad things to say about thier customer service tbh.

 

i have had one bad dealing with them and now i use Woodford Garage Motorsport and never any trouble and delivery is first class every time

 

woodford,msd and matt lewis delivery times are awsome

never dealt with burtons

 

I've never had any problem with their service but i dont tend to use them now because you can get bits cheaper from elsewhere.

I reacon thats definatley got to be Guy who works there! Heres meant to be an engine builder but he works behind the counter!!! Ive corrected him a few times a proper know it all!!

 

i find it easier to go down there esp with u get max discount knowing 2 of the sales team lol

 

Burton are over priced and theres to many people down there that just aint very helpful. I dont rate them and i try to go elsewhere for my bits. To be fair to them though they must get alot of timewasters and messers. Hope your mounts turn up soon mate!!

Was waiting for ages for some brake lines then I phoned them up and told them to hurry up or cancel the order and they came a couple of days later.....coincidence...!?

i was in there ordering parts for a cossie engine, and one of the tossers in there said i need a transit headgasket! as, and i quote : ' its only a old transit engine' Legend.

needless to say i walked out!

 

well, gone call them tomorrow.
ordered the mounts 28. october, gone move to a new garage in a week so i would very much like to put the engine in the car before we move all the stuff over!

been a family crisis so head been els where, but starting to get back on track

 

well, after they guy at burton finally replied on my email.
did try to call them a couple off times but no idea what happened but just it did not get connected.

well, he first told me that i did not reply on the shipping issue.
(asked about normal airmail instead off paying 38£ in shipping with tracking)
deleted the log where i confirm that i wanted the airmail and the email he replied and said it was going out with airmail

sent him the log about that, he haven't replied yet, but i just said cancel the order, because that pisses me off.

sooooo now i am back at no gearbox mounts and car has to be moved in 7 days, lol.

so who sells them? Vibra Technics mounts.
