-31 actuator

can anyone tell me the best way to set up a -31 actuator
car seems to be overboosting. how much thread should
be visable thanks.

What Turbo
What injectors
What intercooler etc
etc
etc

Get it to a reputable tuner mate, not worth the cost of an engine build

actuator

thanks mate but car is completely standard 204 bhp model.
lever broke on waistgate so had to take off to be welded,
now not sure how long actuator arm should be.

3mm preload is std. so 3mm too short to just "slot over" the pin.

Got told by a local turbo agent that it was 5mm preload ? did they give me the right number ? I've set mine to 5mm But aint run it yet.

3mm is the correct base setting and also the minimum that should EVER be used. This will likely require shortening unless actuator and amal valve are brand new.
