if it was mone i would keep it as clean and original as possible, look how much the mk1 fez 1.3 S goes for these days, give it a few years and loads of TLC you will make a mint... power wise why not keep it simple with a set of twin carbs?

No mate, the badges on mine are RS1600i graphics, altered to read 1600 S. Unfortunately i have no idea what the standard badges were like.

Carb jets can't just 'go' as such mate, possibly get blocked up with some muck dragged through from the tank, or if its been stood a bit they can get gummed up with fuel residue. Have you checked its sparking Mart?

well my new tinted rear lights turned up, and when i took them out of the box 1 of them was broken, heres a pic of them on the car. if you look at the left hand 1 you can see the black out line is missing

so today i went ahead and polished the car and heres the out come,
also i found the broken bits of the lights so im repairing them and thats y theres different lights on the rear

thats wen i done half the bonnet-

i also bought a second hand scorpian exhaust system for it wich im hopeing to have delivered and on the car next weekend.
ive also got the car running again but im not to sure what the problem was, i took a few of the engine parts off and cleaned them up gave it a serviced and now its running again, So its all going good. So far

i think you should lower it about 60mm on diomand cut s2 wheels with a black back and a set of twin 40 webers

nice simple and easy to put back to standard if its worth more as standard if you sell it

EDIT: what wheels are on it now? size aswell!? look quite nice

Still looks tidy for a car that is 20 years old already. My mom used to drive that same car when we were little. She sold the ford parts when it broke down already. Good luck on the mods!
