get another battery (warranty) and then check the earths if not get a tester and find out if the battery is charging from the alternator. I had the same problem on me mates sapphire and it was a number of things. Check on the back of the clocks to see if a bulbs gone on the dials inside that was one of the reasons y it wouldn't charge the joys of rebuilding fords mate a i hope i could help

I had this a while back every 2 days it was flat, purchased a new battery and the same thing happened was advised by people on here to check alternator, glove box and the light in the boot was not staying on, which i done.
Then a friend told me about his Escort Cosworth doing the same thing and he called a auto-electrician out and it turned out the battery from his tracker had corroded and somehow managed to stick to the floor pan causing a constant drain.... If you have a tracker check this failing that its get a multimeter connect it up and then remove 1 fuse at a time to see what circuit the drain is on then further investigate that circuit, good luck and keep us informed

its just to measure the current ,or amps between the batteri connection and the plus wire.(disconnect the plus wire, and connect the amp meter between the batteri connection and the wire)and start to take out the fuses to see what fuse makes a change in the measurement on the ampmeter.
but said above...often it can be a minor thing as a boot light, but make the measurment and you will find out.cheers

leaving the doors unlocked , the factory alarm pulls a couple of 100 milliamps as i found.
mine used to go flat when left unlocked in my alarmed garage. I did a extensive current drain invetigation. locking the doors just with the key dropped the draw down to aroun 25 milliamps - and that was with a tracker fitted.
