is it just me, or do other people suffer the same problem that so called "mates" only frigging talk to you when they want something doing? usually when they want something doing on their car or something similar?

i'm fucking sick of wankers who are like this - they wonder why i get annoyed wuith them and have a go - fucking cnutarsing wankering bastards

I have a mate just like this, his alty belt on his pug 106 had been squealing for ages i told him to get it fixed but would he listen noooooooooooooo so one night he comes upto me saying that squealing noise has stopped lol i look in his engine and guess what no belt the bloody things snapped, i tell him to get it fixed the next day and not to drive it at all.

Two days later i see him he's still driving it finally manage to get across to him that his car will break down if he dont fix it so he only goes and buys a new belt and trys to do it himself which of course he cant do so drives to work in it again.

Then when im driving home from work at 6 i get a phone call can you pick me up my cars broke down so i drive home (20mins) pick up the tow rope then drive to where he is (20mins) tow him home, fix his car, he gets in it and says thanks and just drives off

The thing that makes me so angry about this is the next day i ask for a lift off him coz me and the mrs are going clubbing he wants paying

No more help for him on his shitbox

It's very true unfortunately.There are those that can do and those who can't,usually because they are too fecking lazy.I don't mind helping anyone who genuinely can't do but are grateful.You get to know the lazy ones, it's part of life i'm afraid Al.

yeah i got a few m8s like that my m8s had his s2 about 4-5 months so far ive changed gearbox fitted new exhuast, front mount intercooler, his brake caliper fell off so i had 2 do that and i had a stinking hangover that day 2 o and while i was doing the brakes he decided 2 stip the interior out and its still in my garage 3 weeks later then he rings me up this morn and asks me 2 do his wheels bearing yeah like fuck!

Same guy as above, just about to move into a new house his flatmate wants to hire a truck to move the stuff and go halfs with him on it he dont want a truck says he can do all his stuff in his pug106 lol like to see him get a wardrobe in that lol anyway i hire the truck for my other mate and we start outting his stuff in it, then the other guy just decides to put his stuff in the truck coz it'll be easier my mate lets him without paying!!!!!!!!!!!

We spend most of the day unloading/loading this stuff without any help from him in fact my mum helped more than he did lol he dont even offer us a drink

but at the end of the day, you people are the better one's cos no matter what they do, when they come and ask for help again, you do it....

I'm the same - it drives my other half crazy, as i help people or lend em my stuff expecting they would do the same for me but they always have some excuse
