good example? are the mods decent? 400bhp realistic?

You're probably better off asking this question on the Mk1 FRS section of the RSOC forum as a large % of the cars are now known there either by forum users or Clayton there who is also compiling a build list of the cars

From memory that car has been owned by at least 1 RSOC member maybe 18 months back - i think it was also featured in PF or FF about 2 years plus ago at a slightly lesser state of tune (minus the standalone Gotech ecu)

Power wise 400bhp is easily reachable on a Mk1 FRS with the right tuning, internal engine mods, ecu, turbo, etc, etc.
