I'm really getting confused by this, seems to get to 4pm everyday and my speed drops massively, don't know why! I do download things, but haven't for the past few weeks, been a good boy!

Even bought a new router in case it was that, if they are shaping, the can stick it with their HD service (i'm outta contract with them)

but how can it go from this :

and the minute it turns past the hour, i get my speed back??

 

I had an email from them a week or so ago, something to do with them upgrading something or other, and to expect fluctuating internet speeds! Could be to do with this maybe?

 

Thats a possibilty Rich, although I've had no such email. Would make sense though :-/

I'll give it a few days and see what happens, thing is when you phone them , well you know the score with indian based call centers!

 

lucky you i get the top sky broadband but as the bt network up here is as old as the hils i get

Phone them in the evenings or the weekend, you will speak to england then!
