COD 2 day have,nt played xbox 4 over a year and the fuking thing is frezzing the game every now and then not the game as doing it 2 outher games wot is wrong can it be fixed or is it THE XB fuked

You say you haven't played XBox for over a year - I would suspect dust is blocking the DVD's len - try dusting it off.
Also make sure the heat vents are clear of dust too.
