Heres a brief desription:

Submariner 18k and ss 16613, Feb 2004 as new in stainless steel and 18k gold. This watch is the new 2004 model without the pinholes in the lugs. It has the very rare black dial and bezel, and even the green hologram sticker is fully intact on the case back. As you would expect the watch comes totally complete.
