I bought something off ebay believing it to be genuine, but it was a copy and a poor one at that.

After telling the seller i realised as soon as i saw it, it was a fake and that i wanted a refund, they wouldn't agree to start with.

I sent it back recorded the same day.

They claimed not to have received it, but royal mail said they had tried and had left a card...

(cutting long story to short)........

They agreed to pay me half the refund now, half when they got the disc.

They paid, but have since not had any contact with me, and now having been onto ebay to see if they have had any recent activity they are 'No longer registered'........

Is there anything i can do (apart from paying them a visit)

 

report them for selling copied material .. then go pay em a visit

 

just pay them a visit, but tell them first, they will sort it out before you go I bet

 

Is there a way to find out if they have registered under a new name on Ebay?
