Just look in yellow pages would be best, or a web search, so would be local then.

I make them for the focus RS

Take off for the recirc. valve...

Inlet side clears the fog lamp perfectly and fits flush with the radiator cradle...

Fewer silicon hoses are used and each angle in the pipework is stainless. This reduces the chance of future air leaks, although silicon hoses are used in stress points to enable flexible movement with the engine. Also fabricated an elbow from the inlet manifold to do away with the horrible cast one as standard.

cochyn your kit looks really good mate but ive got the pro alloy intercooler so would be wrong fitting for it and as you mate the setup on the T190/T230 etc are slightly different compaired to the frs as on the inlet i think its an air flow sensor fitted there something to do with the pectal management at a guess mate but am not really sure hence me wanting a custom job done as it would need to incorporate this but if i lived closer i'd deffo be interested in you making them for me mate! so its either the yellow pages or a trip to Hereford to A H fabricators thanks though guys cheers for replies

@ justin2

The T190 style is pants, where the pipework sits would clearly suffer from heatsoak. The Pro Alloy intercooler wouldn't cause a problem, I'd simply use shorter piping on the angles on each side

@ focusrrx87

Not as much as the "leading" examples, and gives the same ACT results and gains with fewer silicon hoses that give a possible chance of leaking
