RS1800 Head on a 2L Bottom End???

Also any ideas on which head gasket to use - 2.0 or 1.8 (1.8 bore 80.6mm ~ 2.0 bore 84.8mm)??
Was hoping that someone would have tried this before! I assume that the 130 spec head and cams must be good because they make the 1.8 130BHP - the same as the 2.0 as standard? Would the head make the 2.0 more than 130???

hello mate
if you was using a 2.0 bottom end then you would use a 2.0 gasket
i belive it is more the cams and throttle body and ecu which gives the 130 spec its extra power, 2.0 is 136bhp as standard
you would proberly be better off just tuning the 2.0 with different cams, gas flowing, etc then you woulden't have problems mixing and matching componants
