Default Tyre choice - the old Goodyear vs Toyo thing again!

For the front of my 4be, need to wear well and be half decent this time round.
Stronger sidewalls (esp. than bloody Fuldas!) are a bonus too due to roundabout fever and 4wd

Do I go for the Toyo Proxes T1-Rs, or the Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3s?

The outsiders are Continental Sportcontact 2s (although these cost more from TopGear than they do from Kwik Fit ) and Pirelli P-Zeros although I am concerned these will only last five minutes

Opinions?

no contest between F1s and Proxes if you can afford F1s!

P-Zero's are poo.... were poo on my Mondeo, were poo on my Impreza.

Eagle F1's are great, got them on the Civic.. and had them on Audi A4, Impreza and Mondeo and they constantly impress me.

Got Toyo's on the S2, they are great in the dry, but in the wet they arent too impressive.

Cheers,
Grant

So the Eagles are definitely worth the extra few quid over the conti sports then! And Toyo are pants (despite rave reviews).
Just have to see what I can get them for then
