superb motor and i reckon the civic engine is going to outlast a radical by a massive margin, unlike the radical it would be a reliable (if a little impractical) every day car.

lack of ground clearance makes them almost impossible top use anywhere but on a track... you could take that Atom out for a blast whenever you fancied...

UGLY as fook though in my opinion, but a great car no doubt at all! Going to test drive one in the new year I think.

We had that actual Atom at our offices for one of our sister titles before they dropped it off to them, and the 220bhp Type-r engine'd one as well before that.

Having our very own demon mr Keith Wood take me out through the back lanes near the offices I have to say, they are fookin brilliant fun and if I ever had the money I would have one without a doubt as they are just so damn raw and instant!

Literally about as much fun as you can have with your clothes still on!

 

I always though they were bike engined!! I'm very impressed at the Type R lump

Saw one at Bedford years ago and for some reason I remembered them as being crap No idea why though!
