yhe we always do, its wank and the router they send you is shit, we only get signal in 2 rooms

I have to sit on top of the router to get signal and the line is forever going down, yet when I call, they can fix it instantly but never tell me the actual problem. Also never get better than 2.6MB download, despite being on 10MB package and not being far from the exchange

I wish i'd have stayed with Virgin

 

mine has been perfect ever since i got it years ago and I very close to the exchange.

Mondeo man have you opened up the ports on your router so when you download you will get full speed?

had no problems for years untill this morning when it wouldn't connect. rang them up and got a foreigner on the other end, half way through checking stuff and it came back on.

 

I got rid of sky because the broadband was totally crap i was only getting .48 meg & they said they didnt know how that was after countless arguments with them i gave up & went with talk talk its been fine ever scince getting 6.4 meg now which is night & day compared to sky & great considering where i live. I would ditch them they are totally usless
