just completed it, but now i wanna get he uniquie bits, but i keep winning outruns n sobody offers em to me

is this cos i completed it n it wont let me get anymore uniqui bits?

also my skyline's only about 500bhp and its got all the bits on it... how do i get more power? do i need uniquies?

You only get unique bits as you complete career mode and you only get them once

 

the last unique is the widebody arch kit in outrun mode

 

You'll know if you've got everything anyway, including unique parts, when you look at the stats at parts completion.
