boost question for my s1

Default boost question for my s1

Ok my s1 is chiped and it got a bleed vaulve

But

It will only boost to 7psi does'nt make any differnce if i weind it out any more

It went like a fooking rocket when the pipe come off the turbo tho but i did'nt look at the gauge
