change the pinto oil pump cover for a cosworth one; and i'm pretty sure you'll be good to go

 

Good to use in a YBP (small turbo) 200 block IIRC

 

I done a thread on this a while ago i brought a new pinto h/p pump from burtons and tried to use my old 2wd top hat and spray bar and it didnt fit burton have moved some of the mounting holes so you cant do it anymore, well with these types from burtons anyway.

 

That's so they can charge ŁŁŁ's for the cosworth one

cosworth pump and a pinto pump which is now on my car and its a stard pinto pump it makes 60psi tick over cold 40psi hot tick over and 58/60psi hot at 3000rpm

 

burtons do seem like a bunch of money grabbing cunts changing an item like that just to justify "cosworth" tax

standard pinto pump on mine too,just change the lid, 60 psi cold 40 hot, and all for Ł25

 

EBAY mate and just change the top . just stone any marks of the lid and all will be good all the best
