Were off to vegas on monday & havent filled out the online visa but were were in new york in january filled it out then does that last a year or do we need to do it again?

 

It doesn't matter worth a fuck mate, as you'll have to fill out another paper one when you get there! They'll prob hand some out on the plane an hour before you land, fill them out and get to immigration ASAP as the queue is a bastard and takes aaaaaaages if you get stuck at the back. Like I did.

 

I know mate its going to be a very long day! we did fill a online one out in jan as well as the one on the plane

 

i went to vegas in May to watch the Hatton fight; filled one in online and it didnt make a fart of difference - still ended up filling in someone before we landed

best thing to do is do it anyway to be safe

 

dont know how long things last (cant be arsed to check at this time in the morn...lol) but u must have filled in a v.e.s.t.a when u went to NY and ur ment to carry a copie of that with u and as for ur visa u'll fill one of them in on the plane and im positive the stewardeses will ask when u last visited, cos there's two types of visa......just what i picked up listening on the plane in july.....enjoy Vegas anyway.....the heat will be easier to deal with now......

 

I don't know who you are flying with Carlo, but if you fly with Aer Lingus via Dublin you can do all the paperwork there.

 

You need to fill in the green card thing on the plane plus one before hand online and print it out.

You only need to carry it with you if your airline requests it. American customs don't need it. It is active for 12 months i believe but no harm just in case doing it again for the sake of 2 minutes. I'm of vegas next wedbesday is dragging.

I came into nyc on Fri, and was told the online visa waiver lasts as long as your passport. Have a good one in Vegas Carlo!

You will still have to fill out the green card aswell.

Yeah iirc the online one last for around 10 years or something ridiculous.

But you'll still have paperwork to do on the plane cos they're still in the 'transitional' period of it being strictly online.
