USA Visa question....
Got a mate who is going to the states for a fortnight next week but isnt sure what visa form she needs to fill out before she goes due to having the old style passport (one without the chip). When I went to vegas a couple of months back I had to fill an online visa acceptance form, submit it, print it out and hand it in at immigration (or checkin, cant remember!).
Does anyone know or have a link to the form she needs to complete?
Cheers
Chris

dont matter what passport you have mate, just fill in the online esta form here....
http://www.esta-online.co.uk/
and on the plane you'll be given a green card and a blue customs card to fill in... you hand these in at immigration.

Applying for ESTA is FREE - the site above is asking for payment. Do not use.
This was mentioned in the news a while back about how people got scammed.
The OFFICIAL website is this
http://www.fco.gov.uk/en/newsroom/la...ws&id=11904951
with a link to the USA Gov website - that's where you should apply.

Its not only free on the offcial site but easier, takes less time, and you dont need to print out any forms. You dont need to take any forms with you when you travel either, perhaps thats just what these scam sites tell you to make you feel like you have gone down the official route.
you simply hand your passport over with the i94 form and they scan it. if you haven't completed esta on line form then you wont get in. the esta number links to your passport number.
