Default rs turbo engine focus

will a mark 4 series 2 escort rs turbo engine fit in a focus if so will it bolt in or is it hard work

not good wit engines so need some advice if it can be ill take it somewhere engine is given to me by friend want a turbo in it

The RST engine is known as a CVH and focus's have zetec engines. if u use the zetec bottom end and a CVH top end its called a ZVH and because the block is a zetec it will use the focus gearbox and engine mounts
thats as simply as i can put it

As m4tt274 says it will have a zetec bottom end so the mounts should be the same.
Obviously you are going to have to built the zvh up using the cvh head off your rs turbo.
As for ease it will depend on how much knowledge you have on the two engines and also how good your are with a set of spanners.
If you arent there are many good garages about that will carry the conversion out.
